I always hated medicines as a child & nw its even worst :s. In beginning of feb. , I survived from life threatin' flu, cough, watery eyes, fever, and all tht good stuff. My parents were literally after me tht I shud go2 a dr. but I refused to (I've some friends in medical field and I fear what if my dr is like them, hehe). But I was sick to the point where I was like...I cant take it anymore & I missed my lectures/school/wrk for straight 3 weeks. Therefore, I was on mediciations like lagataar & I tried from anything to everything but dnt help. I even tried desi nukhsaas i.e shaihad w/ black pepper, adrak ki chai, green tea, and pata nahi kiya kiya! Ironically, the day I was like..Im done n stop taking medications was the day when I started to get better. I dnt necessarily fear kay what will medicine do to me but I fear for ppl around me what will they do.. 'coz its makes me hyper, low, cranky - varies. And my hatred towards medicines was one of the few reasons tht I decided medical wasnt for me.
